As part of her practice Croatian born, Amsterdam based artist Nora Turato, harnesses the versatility of language as an instrument in her absorbing spoken word displays that blur the line between contemporary music and performance art. In her linguistic performances she fuses fragments of advertising slogans, everyday conversations, literature, and social media posts, clichés that culminate in a powerful soundscape to question social norms and patriarchal structures.
