FERNANDA MUNOZ-NEWSOME (b. 1984, UK), lives and works in London.
She has recently finished the MA in Creative Practice at Independent Dance and Trinity Laban. Fernanda is a dancer and choreographer working independently and collaboratively with composers, producers, visual artists and dancers. She has performed at Palais de Tokyo Paris; Siobhan Davies Dance London; Tate Modern; South London Gallery; Chisenhale Dance; Royal Academy of Art; Barbican London; Block Universe and ICA – Institute for Contemporary Art; David Robert Arts Foundation; Whitechapel Gallery; Goldsmith Centre for Contemporary Art and Oval Space London. She collaborated with artists such as Last Yearz Interesting Negro, Joan Jonas, Project O, Tom, Lock, George Eksts, Shelley Parker, Pepa Ubera, Xavier Le Roy, Marten Spangberg, Marvin Gaye, Chetwynde, Eddie Peake, Cecilia Bengolea, Adam Chirstensen, Pablo Bronstein, Yvonne Rainer, Simone Forti and Ina Dokmo amongst others.
